About Us
Our Minister:
The Reverend Paul Hulme has had a varied Ministry for over 30 years in the Methodist Church. His appointments have included university chaplaincy work for five years at Sussex University. Eleven years were spent in the West Country, at Newquay Wesley Methodist Church, Cornwall, and at The Temple Church, Taunton. For the past twenty years he has served in London, including eight years as Superintendent Minister of Wesley's Chapel, the Mother Church of World Methodism. He is no stranger to religious broadcasting, on television and radio, and to journalism.
Our Local Preachers:
Alan Tompkins
Alan, who has always lived in London and N.W. Kent, has been a member of this church for over 40 years. He is married to Margaret and they have two adult children. He worked as a materials scientist dealing largely with problems in buildings. His interests include d.i.y., gardening, family history, and walking in the Kentish countryside and further afield.
Keith Miller 
Keith Miller has been a member at Petts Wood Methodist Church since the year 2000 and currently leads the Wednesday House Fellowship. Keith is married with one son and became a Christian in the 1970’s. Since then he taken an active role within whichever church community he has been a part of and this has involved trying to be a good disciple of Jesus Christ in a way that people will find truthful, relevant and attractive.
Keith enjoys talking about matters of faith and belief and debating biblical truth and how it applies to contemporary society to anyone who will listen!
